
Thomas J. Martinicchio joined Del Collo & Mazzanti LLP in 2024 where he specializes in criminal defense and worker’s compensation law. Before joining Del Collo & Mazzanti, he was employed by the Office of the Public Defender of Delaware County where he became a Trial Team Chief. He also worked for Schuster Law in Media, PA, where he focused on personal injury, contract disputes, and criminal defense.
Tom holds a B.A. in Political Science from James Madison University and earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law. While pursuing his law degree, he worked for Judge James Murray Lynn in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas where he had the opportunity to see both civil and criminal cases firsthand. He then moved on to the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted defendants in district court. While at JMU, Martinicchio was the football team’s beat writer for the school newspaper, The Breeze, and a pitcher for the club baseball team. He was also a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity.
Martinicchio is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a member of the Delaware County Bar Association.
