Matthew Flaherty earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2025. During his final semester, he participated in the Environmental Law Clinic, where he produced a comprehensive multi-state environmental policy analysis that contributed to Delaware’s development and 2026 implementation of updated non-tidal wetland regulations.
He received his undergraduate degree from West Chester University, graduating cum laude. While at West Chester, Matthew served as Events & Promotions Director for the university’s radio station and was an on-air DJ. He also competed in rock climbing at the collegiate level.
Matthew resides in Chester County, Pennsylvania, where he remains engaged with his community. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys spending time in nature, traveling, and discovering new music.
Matthew is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
