Rachel sjoined the firm in 2024, focusing on workers’ compensation.

Rachel earned her law degree at the University of New Hampshire School of Law, where she led the school’s International Technology Transfer Clinic and was an associate editor of IDEA, the school’s intellectual property law journal. Before joining the firm, Rachel gained legal experience as an extern at Axenfeld Law Group and as a legal service coordinator at Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.

For her undergraduate degree, Rachel attended SUNY Geneseo, where she graduated magna cum laude and was elected into Phi Beta Kappa. While there, she enjoyed her time competing on the softball team and track and field team.

Mihlstin is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
